When you login to www.helmarparts.info, select “Manage Account” located toward the top of your home screen menu. Click on “Change Password” and follow the criteria involved. Please make sure to select “Change Password” button once you have entered your updated information.

To update any user under your account other than the user that are logged in under; you must contact you Helmar sales rep. directly at 800-621-3414 or you may email your rep directly. Your account representative’s email is located at the top right corner of your screen once you are logged in.

All carrier and tracking details are located on your invoice. To access your invoice, login to our site at www.helmarparts.info, select “Manage Account” located toward the top of your home screen menu. Once you are in Manage Account, select the “Orders/Invoices” tab. In here, you will see a bottom section called “Invoices”. Choose the date range you would like to search if outside of the default date range of three months and click the “Lookup” button. The invoices on your account between the dates selected will populate and you can click on the view button to the right of the invoice. Your tracking number is located in the body and the carrier is under the Ship Via portion

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon placing your order, the purchaser acknowledges that they are responsible for all shipping charges. For all small parcel shipments, Helmar primarily ships with UPS and FedEx however, we will use any carrier of your choosing with any service. All shipping rates come directly from the carrier themselves based off of the recipient address, weight & size of the shipment. If you have an account and would like to ship out on a “Bill to recipient account” basis, provide the carrier and account number with service in the checkout screen. You may put any notes or comments in the “Freight comments” portion of the order in the checkout screen. For all LTL Truck shipments, Helmar will shop around for the most cost effective shipping rate with all LTL Carriers that we have accounts with and we will pass our shipping rate along to our customers. If you would like to use your own trucking company and pay the shipping direct, please provide the carrier name, contact and contact information in the checkout screen “Freight Comments” field and we will arrange shipping with your carrier. Helmar will deliver both small parcel and truck to any location however the recipient is responsible for informing Helmar of any special circumstances outside of a normal business to business move at the time the order is placed. Some example of accessorial fees can include but are not limited to: Limited Access; Residential delivery address; special handling or equipment, limited hours of operation or re-delivery in the event that the recipient is not at the delivery location at the time of the first and/or second delivery attempt. If the customer does not provide this information at the time of the order, the carrier will bill Helmar and we will pass this charge along to the customer.

All products being returned must be processed through the Helmar Inc. RMA system found at www.helmarparts.info under “Parts Return” link at the top menu tool bar. Once an RMA is processed an RMA number is issued and emailed to the person who filed the RMA. Helmar’s RMA document must be attached to each return in order for it to be processed quickly and efficiently. If a product is returned without an RMA, Helmar Inc has the right to refuse the package and all freight charges incurred will be at the expense of the client. Helmar will not be responsible for any return shipping charges. Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. All products being returned must be in either a new/unused condition or within warranty limits with normal expected use/wear. Each return is subject to product inspection and approval of terms and conditions met. Once an RMA is approved and processed, Helmar Inc will issue a credit to the Helmar client account for the product only. If the Helmar inspection report is declined, Helmar reserves the right to reject the product and a credit will not be issued. In the event of a product received in damaged, please contact your Helmar representative to handle your claim properly. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
