Due to a severe winter storm expected this weekend in our area and other parts of the country, most shipments will experience delays. Unfortunately, ground or air shipment delays due to weather are not eligible for refunds with any freight carriers.
Air Shipments that are usually guaranteed will probably be delayed and will not be eligible for any credits due to weather interruptions.
